2025 - Tables Reborn!

In 2020, I built a side table to house a few LPs and Laserdiscs that I still have. You can go back and see the post on that table. The table tied into the design elements that I used for our entertaiment center and media library - Oak base, stained black with a natural Cherry top. The table was meant to blend with existing tables in our Family Room.

In the present, I decided that I could take those tables, remove the top, stain the base and put on new natural Cherry tops and have a more cohesive room. That is what this project was about.

Here is the table without the top and a first coat of stain. I did 2 coats along with 2 coats of a poly to finish the base off
